The In-Service Training Institute is an annual week in July of Equipping, Fellowship, and Inspiration sponsored by the Leadership Development Board of the National Association of the Church Of God.  Born of a felt need to better train and equip church leaders for greater effectiveness in church ministries, the Institute was established in 1957.
